Minueling "Danger" Hex splash has 40 pp, even if all the pokemon know only splash, the battle would only last 40 rounds before the pokemon start using struggle, because pokemon cannot learn the same move more than once to increase the pp.

The pigs should've turned into Magikarp so well that they looked exactly like it. Why did you just add Magikarp features? Also, one of them would have eventually ran out of PP, and I think I remember the result hurting the opponent, but it also greatly injures themselves.
